Ciaran started this journey as a solo coach with one simple goal, to help players become the very best version of themselves. What began with individual sessions has grown into a team of five dedicated coaches, all sharing the same passion for player development.
Our purpose goes beyond football. We’re here to build confidence, unlock potential, and support young athletes in achieving their goals. Most importantly, we help shape well-rounded individuals who are ready to face challenges in life just as much as on the pitch.

Ciaran
Ciaran has five years of experience coaching players across a range of age groups and abilities. He is currently a UEFA B licence candidate, further demonstrating his commitment to professional development and high coaching standards. Ciaran graduated from the University of South Wales with a Bachelor’s degree in Community Coaching, equipping him with both the practical and theoretical foundations to support player development effectively.
Luca
Luca is an exceptional coach and current UEFA B Licence candidate, bringing professionalism, dedication, and a deep understanding of the game. Having made his professional debut for Shrewsbury Town, he combines first-hand experience with invaluable knowledge to develop and inspire players at every level.
Owen
Owen has been a valued member of CMC for over a year, making a significant and lasting impact across the programme. His energy, enthusiasm, and genuine enjoyment of coaching are what truly set him apart.
Dan
Dan has been with us for over a year and has consistently demonstrated an outstanding ability to communicate and connect with players. With a strong academy background, he brings both professionalism and character to everything he does.
Professional Coaching Sessions
Whether you're looking to get some off-season training or wanting to develop specific skills, these sessions are designed for players who are in academy/ professional settings. Each session is tailored to the individual with support from all members of the coaching team.

Small Group Sessions
Ideal for players aged 5–16, these sessions focus on developing functional skills, refining technique, and building a strong, positive mindset. Delivered by the experienced team at Ciaran Millington Coaching, players also benefit from varied drills and the opportunity to train and grow alongside others.
Located in Prees (SY13), Market Drayton (TF9) and Shrewsbury (SY1).

Camps at Ciaran Millington Coaching are designed to develop functional skills in a fun, engaging environment. They are ideal for players who want to improve their technique, build confidence, and enjoy the social side of the game.
